Ginger has reopened its outlet after a renovation at Parkroyal on Beach Road.

The new outlet is located on Level 1 at #01-00 at 7500 Beach Road.

This hotel all-day dining restaurant serves Asian and Western buffets and desserts featuring traditional Singaporean dishes at ParkRoyal on Beach Road.

The brand new look celebrates the rich diversity of local culinary heritage and showcases the best of Singaporean flavours.

The ambience is brought to life by award-winning Singapore-based Australian designer Emma Maxwell, to reflect the natural beauty of the city-state and featuring timbre flooring, marbled tabletops, and languidly-rotating rattan ceiling fans.

Artfully woven into the design you'll recognise local flora like ginger flowers, Simpoh Lak and Freycinetia Javanica.
